The members.parachat.com service ("Service") is provided by ParaChat Group.
The Website members.parachat.com, and www.parachat.com ("The Site") is an online chat solution.
By registering with The Site you become a member of the service ("Member") and agree to be bound by these Terms. As a Member, these Terms represent the agreement between you and The Site, the Service, and ParaChat Group. If you do not agree to the Terms, you should not register with The Service.
The Terms also apply to anyone who is visiting or simply browsing the Site, even if they do not register. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the Terms.

Members will treat each other with respect and courtesy.
As a Member, you agree:
To be solely and entirely responsible for any information or content you post on the Site, to be responsible for any information or content you transmit, exchange with or communicate to other Members, not to advertise or promote your own, your company's or any other company's products or services through the Service, including other services offering meeting and relationships, not to post on the Site, transmit or communicate to anyone, any obscene, racist, intimidatory, profane ,defamatory, harassing, illegal or offensive sexually-oriented material, any material containing offensive sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive language, or any material that violates or infringes another party's rights (including, but not limited to, rights of privacy and publicity, and intellectual property rights), not to prevent other Members from using the Service or The Site;
Not to send or transmit any chain letters, spam or circular (junk) email to other Members;
Not to include in any area of the site any private data such as surnames (family names), telephone numbers, addresses (home or email);
Not to post, distribute or reproduce or communicate in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining full, valid and verifiable prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights;
Not to damage, disrupt, modify or interfere with the Service, software, hardware and servers in any way;
The Site reserves the right as it sees fit to reject any personal information, text, pages or photographs.
Members expelled or banned from chat room(s) that reside on web sites that are controlled by third parties shall remain banned or expelled until access is permitted by the owner of the chat room(s) that reside on web sites that are controlled by third parties. Members acknowledge that The Site has no control whatsoever over content on third party web sites.
Privacy All information supplied by you to members.parachat.com is covered under the Data Protection Act 1998, which ensures lawful and controlled use of your information.
We will advise you as we collect information from you whether information is private or to be made available to other people. Private information is gathered to enable us to provide you with a superior service, and is only done so with your specific knowledge and consent.
However, members.parachat.com reserves the right to use the email addresses provided from time to time with the users consent.
Warranty
You agree that use of the Service is at your sole risk and that the services are provided on an "as is" and an "as available" basis. members.parachat.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. members.parachat.com makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Nor does The Site make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the members.parachat.com website.
You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded from the The Site or any services obtained through the Service provided by The Site is done at your sole discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage resulting from any such download or use of such information or other related transaction. No advice or information that you may obtain from The Site or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated therein.
You acknowledge that members.parachat.com grants no warranties of any kind - express, implied or statutory - in any communication with members.parachat.com, its employees or representatives, or otherwise with respect to the Service.
You agree and recognize that your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
You acknowledge that members.parachat.com does not warrant that in your use of the Service you experience no loss of transmitted information or that it will meet your requirements. Liability and Limitations
You acknowledge that The Site, the Service, and ParaChat Group shall have no liability or responsibility for any damage or loss caused, incidentally, consequentially, directly or indirectly, by the provision of the Service or as a result of the acts or omissions of other members or users (including "hackers") of the Service.
You acknowledge that The Site, the Service, and ParaChat Group shall not be held liable for any damage or loss suffered by you as a consequence of your use of the Service.
Although members.parachat.com may provide links to external sites (for reasons of information or convenience to members) you agree that members.parachat.com is not liable or responsible in any way for such external sites, resources, content, advertising or other materials communicated on such sites.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Site, the Service, and ParaChat Group, its employees, agents, directors and any third parties (such as those linked to the Site), against all actions, claims, proceedings, costs and damages (including all legal costs or other expenses) that may arise out of any breach of this Contract by you and/or any other damage or loss whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by your use of the Service. You also agree that this extends to covering any infringement or breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
Copyrights
members.parachat.com owns or is entitles to make use of all proprietary rights in members.parachat.com
You may not publish or display information with copyright protection owned by The Site, the Service, ParaChat Group, you or any other organization, regardless of whether it is identified as copyrighted. You may not copy, display or publish any such proprietary information except for copyrighted information you have been authorized to use.
The Site, the Service, and ParaChat Group reserve the right to terminate with immediate effect the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a licence to do so.
Cancellation of Service
members.parachat.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership of the Service and access to the Service with immediate effect and without prior notice or reason.
For members wishing to terminate their members.parachat.com membership, members.parachat.com requires you to give (30) thirty days prior written notice of your intent. Given proper notice, you may terminate your membership at any time and for any reason.
Pricing and Payment
Charges in pricing for the service may be communicated by means including posting on the Site or via email.
Payment shall not be deemed to have been made until members.parachat.com has cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding.
All monies paid by you to members.parachat.com are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation and/or termination of this Agreement by you or us will not entitle you to refund of money paid regardless of circumstances and reason.
General Provisions
You agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States of America Law and the you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of California in relation to any dispute or matter arising our of or connected with this Agreement.
This Agreement, accepted by you upon registering with or using the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and The Site, the Service, and ParaChat Group regarding the use of the Service.
The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect or impact the continuation in force of the remainder of this Agreement.
